Re-Agent
Agent chat interface with a left sidebar of source links (repos, docs, APIs) and a main chat panel that connects to the Agency agent backend. Streams replies token by token with tool-call badges and per-answer source citations. The backend is mocked behind a single sendToAgency() seam, so a real transport can be wired in without touching the UI.
Agentic Workbench
Multi-pane agentic workspace for target druggability assessment. Features resizable and expandable panels: T&D execution workflow, skills library, agent conversation with chat, workspace files, agent reasoning path, knowledge-based scoring report, and AI-generated summary. All panes can be resized, expanded, and rearranged.
SFO Membrane
Interactive 3D visualization of live air traffic around SFO. Flights rendered as particles passing through a semi-transparent membrane representing SFO airspace. Pulls real-time ADS-B data from adsb.lol with mock fallback.
IDEA Search
Integrated Data and Evidence Access search interface. Queries across 14 enterprise data sources including MDMS, GDSR, PubMed, Confluence, and Veeva QualityDocs. Features category tabs, source filter sidebar, and result cards with metadata badges.
Orbital Dashboard
Model performance metrics, drill-down by chemical series, predicted-vs-actual scatter plots, and batch inference interface for Orbital classification and regression models.
SCROLL — Pipeline Catalog
Standardized Catalog for Reproducible workfLow Orchestration Library. Browse bioinformatics pipelines with sidebar filters, sortable data table, and detail view. Rebuilt from a Streamlit app using @cs-coe registry components.

Project PUZLE — Data Transfer Dashboard
Real-time operational dashboard for COMET data transfers. Tracks transfer metrics, Jira requests (GREDDATA/DATAPLAN/DATAPROC), processing pipelines, and study-level data flow. Includes PuBot AI assistant for natural language queries. Four views: Home, Internal Operations, Study Explorer, and PuBot chat.
FoxCub
Molecular design UI for scaffold enumeration. Enter a molecule by gNumber, Roche ID, or SMILES, select a scaffold, run enumerations, then apply physicochemical property filters. Shows a funnel of how many molecules are lost at each filter stage and a table of the final output.
IVT mRNA Registration
Guided 8-step workflow for registering in vitro transcribed mRNA molecules. Enter plasmid UIDs, retrieve DNA sequences, select primers, run virtual PCR, configure mRNA options (T-to-U conversion, 5' cap, 3' tail), verify HELM strings, and register molecules. Rebuilt from an R Shiny app.
